Family Vacation By The Beach, And More

Being stuck at home for as long as we have, I bet you too have been fantasizing about that perfect vacation with your family. So many beautiful places to go to, but where is the perfect spot, you may ask? Well, I have a few places in mind that may tickle your heart.

Obviously, we have usually go to spots like your local beach or maybe your favorite campsite or that lake you used to go to when you were a kid. All these places close to home will always be a favorite because they hold so many memories that you would cherish forever, and of course, there is nothing wrong with enjoying the scenic view of your hometown. It is a good thing to share with your kids the places that you used to go to as a kid with your family. It creates new memories in an old place.

However, if you want to get out of that same old boring town or you want to get away from the suburbs for a while, I have got you covered. I have here a few of the best places that you can visit. We are going international for this, so if you are feeling a bit more adventurous, or maybe you want to go all out, I still have the best place for you.

First on this list is none other than Miami Beach. I know what you are thinking, and no, Miami Beach is not just for spring break or retirement. You also have a few great destinations for kids. Right before you hit the beach, you can always go to the Children’s Museum, which shares an island with Jungle Island. Of course, you can always just hit the beach and lay on the sand, get a tan, and call it a day, but with the beautiful view, I would hope you would do a lot more than that.

Next up, we have Jackson Hole in Jackson, Wyoming. We have Grand Teton National Park and a world-class ski resort in one. I have got a few things in mind you could do in this beautiful place. One, you could go rafting in the scenic Snake River. Two, tube down the runs in Snow King Resort. Finally, if you get there at just the perfect time, you can go ice skating in Teton Village. I do not know about you, but Jackson Hole sounds like the best place to be on a summer or winter day.

For this one, we are going tropical. One of the many islands in the Philippines is a little island they call Siargao. It is one of the places you can go to for surfing or to enjoy the amazing tropical view of the Philippines. With its crystal clear water and amazing island vibe, you would not regret visiting a place like Siargao. You can go on a cave tour in Siargao, and when I tell you that this is where you are going to see the most incredible islands ever, you better believe it.  This is a place where you will surely have the best memories with your family without really having to spend a lot.

Alright, from here, we go a little closer to home. In Mexico, they have a beautiful place called Riviera Maya. Now, this is a place your kids would, for sure, enjoy. Riviera Maya is home to the underwater river, which takes you to Xcaret Eco Theme Park, where, if you stay late, you get to see the Xcaret Mexico Espectacular – a musical show. If that is not enough, you can always take a taxi to Dolphin Discovery, where you and the kids can enjoy playing with dolphins, manatees, and sea lions. There are so many more things you can do here. If you are feeling a little adventurous, this might be the place for you and your kids.

At the end of the day, whether you choose to visit that lake you used to go to as a child, or you might want to visit one of the places in this little list of mine, the most important thing is you get to spend time with your family. That is the goal, after all. To be able to spend time with the people who matter the most to you and to be able to go out and have fun.

So, that is my list so far, but if you liked reading that, you might want to go on google and look for a lot more of these beautiful places. I promise you, you will not regret it. Go on, spend time with your family. Trust me, this will never be a waste of your time. Seeing your family’s happy and smiling faces is the best view you will ever get to see.
